Real or Replica?

Here is the coin that I found in my Fathers Collection:


The real coin would cost around 2 mill, a replica is worth nothing, especially with the hole.

Now some Comparisons:
This is the Picture with another Doubloon, which was auctioned in January of 2005 for 2 million.



The following picture are with a confirmed "Reprint Coin"



My Opinion:
Its replica, since the Front of the coin(with the eagle) greatly resembles the reprint.
Besides.. only 7 Bran Doubloon coins are known.

But I am not a proffesional, so I am skeptical, on the back side of the coin, its written "National Bank of North America", also the replica doesnt look very much "Golden".
